Who should participate?

- 🎤 The competition is in the Human Resources field
- 🎤 Undergraduate and postgraduate students in HR, business, or related fields.
- 🎤 Teams of 3 members.
- 🎤 Open to students from any university in the GCC region and beyond
- 🎤 All participants should currently be a student at a University

Over the years, Roshcomm has been working to bring together HR leaders, executives, and professionals from across the region to share ideas, best practices, and innovations shaping the future of work. Roshcomm case competition for HR students is tied to this overall vision of showcasing best practices in HR, create energy, engagement, and future pipelines of HR talent. We are doing our bit to close the percieved gap and Academia-Industry disconnect.

Judging Criteria
The judges will be looking for the following characteristics in all the entries, among other criteria. Each Entry will be scored and the entries with the top average score will be selected as Finalists. The Finalists will be invited to present the solution on stage, LIVE, in the presence of the judges.
- Innovation & Creativity: Unique, practical solutions.
- Business Impact: Clear alignment with HR and organizational goals. (fictitious organization)
- Feasibility: Realistic implementation strategy.
- Presentation & Communication: Clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.
- Team Collaboration: Evidence of effective teamwork and role distribution.

How to Participate?
The judges will be looking for the following characteristics in all the entries, among other criteria. The Finalists will be invited to present the solution on stage, LIVE, in the presence of the judges.
- 🎯 Form a team of 3 students. No limit on number of teams from a University.
- 🌍 Register your team: https://roshcomm.com/case (Joining the Case Competition is FREE for University students)
- 🤝 Choose your case topic and start preparing your solution (you will receive the topic after registration)
- 💼 Submit your solution online before the deadline (15 November 2025).
- 🎤 The Judges will select 1 team from a University and the Top 5 Universities will be entered into the Finals (per country).
- 🎯 Finalists will be invited to present their solution Live on stage to a Panel of Judges and the Winner will selected.
- 🎯 Only 1 Team from each country will be selected as the Winner.

Rules of Entry
- You must have a team of 3 members (all should be current students from the same University)
- You can have multiple teams from the same University
- Applicants should ensure that there are no copyright restrictions or infringements on any of the material submitted.
- Applicants MUST use the Powerpoint Template to submit their entry (available on the Portal upon login)
- The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions, or dates or venue at any time without prior notice.

- Some or all of the jury members may contact a potential finalist, if more information is required.
- The entrants may be required to connect with the Judges on Zoom or similar video meeting application.

The Process
- Round 1: Round 1 will result in selecting only 1 entry per University. Additional elimination rounds may be conducted. Only 3 Finalists will be selected per Country.
- Round 2: Round 2 will result in selecting the top 3 Finalists for each Country
- Round 3: Round 3 will result in selecting 1 Winner from the Top 3 (from Round 2) for each Country

The Award
- Winning Team may be offered an internship with leading organisation (subject to agreement between the winners and the organisation). This is at the discretion of the organisation.
- Cash Prize, gifts, coupons and other prizes may be offered. This is at the discretion of the Sponsoring organisation.
