Working with organisations reviewing and assessing their current position and
maturity, identifying areas of improvement and assisting them with their planning
and preparation for BS 15000 certification.
Assessment: ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 assessment
Assessing and reviewing organisations on the maturity of their current service
management processes. This would include an assessment of readiness for ISO/IEC
200000 certification and feedback of a prioritised set of improvement recommendations
and activities.
